  • Understanding where you need to grow is just the tip of the iceberg. Once you know where you need to focus yoru growth, you need to learn now to develop in that area. Once your Luminary Coach Scenario Training is complete, you will be given a personalized development plan that will take you from where you are now to where you want to be. It will provide recommendations for practical activities where you will learn by doing, give suggestions on how to learn from others and reccomend some traditional learning. 70% of learning happens on the job (by doing), so this is where you will be encouraged to focus. This is where the real work happenss.
